Frank Grube studied industrial engineering at the Fachhochschule Gießen-Friedberg in Friedberg (1990-1993).
In 1993 he started at KPMG in Frankfurt am Main in the Audit Commercial Clients department and passed his professional examinations (StB 1998 and WP 2001) during this time.
From 2002 to 2004, he gained valuable experience in the Department of Professional Practice at KPMG in Berlin: technical questions on the interpretation and transition to international financial reporting standards (IFRS), expert opinions on accounting issues under commercial law, formulation of special audit opinions or audit disclaimers, as well as in the preparation of training materials. He then worked in the Accounting Advisory Services department and supported medium-sized and large clients, some of which were listed on the stock exchange, both in identifying and implementing significant IFRS conversion issues.
From 2010 to the end of 2016, he was a director in the areas of audit and advisory services for family businesses as well as in central risk management, responsible for the implementation and support of internal and external review programmes.
Since mid-2017, he has been working in his own practice as an auditor and tax consultant. He carries out audits for various professional colleagues in family businesses as well as in the public sector (public institutions, municipal undertakings). He is also active as an auditor for quality control.
He also works as a consultant for a foundation. In addition, he has worked as an editorial director for a nationwide training and further education organisation for auditors. Of course, he is a member of the professional associations of auditors and tax advisors.
He has been a cooperation PARTNER of FINEXA GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft since December 2020.
At FINEXA, he conducts audits of financial statements as the auditor in charge and advises clients, e.g. on questions regarding Section 53 HGrG.
